SERVICE FEES AND CREDIT POLICY

  • 1.SERVICE FEES
  • I.The Company charges certain percentage of service fees on the completed transactions of the members trading commodities through verified offer post listed on our platform.
  • II.The Platform charges a service fee of 3% of the transaction less than or equal to USD 10 Million of the commodity trade per transaction by the members who requested a verified offer post in our platform.
  • III.The Platform charges a service fee of 2% of the transaction above USD 10 Million and less than or equal to USD 50 Million of the commodity trade per transaction by the members who requested a verified offer post in our platform.
  • IV. The Platform charges a service fee of 1% of the transaction above USD 50 Million and less than or equal to USD 100 Million of the commodity trade per transaction by the members who requested a verified offer post in our platform
  • V.The Platform charges a service fee of 0.5% of the transaction above USD 100 Million per transaction by the members who requested a verified offer post in our platform.
  • VI.The aforesaid service fees shall be applicable between the parties will unless an agreement is signed otherwise.
  • VII.For Premium Member Services, the members shall email us at inquiry@realcommoditytrading.com..
  • VIII.After the successful completion of each transaction through our verified offer post, seller and buyer have to advise it to us immediately. We will inform all of involved parties by email or fax upon the successful completion of each transaction.

  • We are open to negotiate the service fees schedule and IMFPA (Master Fee Protection Agreement) with buyers and sellers upon request.
  • 2.CREDITS and COMMISSIONS
  • I.I. Our partner’s commission received directly from involved parties is not listed or recorded in the wallet. Credits paid from our company are separate from the commission paid from other parties.
  • II.Rewarded credit is only available to be cashed out for 1 year from the receipt date, so be sure to take advantage of it quickly.
  • III.Our company rewards up to $10,000 in credits for referring a verified seller, buyer, or financier who completes registration and submits all associated documents, such as Previous Records, Proof of Products or Funds, Letter of Intent (LOI), Soft Corporate Offer (SCO). Once their trade transaction is completed through our platform, you can cash-out your credit bonus. However, cash-out must not exceed 40% of our service fee collected from that specific transaction.
  • IV.Our company is dedicated to our partners, recognizing their efforts with rewards or fees for partner program such as working closely with shipping agents and taking part in the vital process of loading/unloading through an accredited inspection agency.
  • V. Our dedicated partners will be rewarded for their invaluable contribution to our ongoing success. Their efforts have helped propel us forward, and we are thrilled to recognize them with fitting rewards
